1. PURPOSE
The Naari is designed as a private, members-only sanctuary for women’s health, wellness, and community.
These rules ensure privacy, safety, and a premium experience for every member and visitor.
2. ACCESS & ENTRY
- Entry to most areas of the centre is restricted to active members and authorised guests.
- Members may be required to verify identity at reception.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to protect member privacy or safety.
3. MEMBER PRIVACY
- Respecting privacy is the most important rule of The Naari.
- Photography, videography, or recording inside the centre is strictly prohibited unless authorised.
- Members must never photograph or record other members or staff.
4. CONDUCT & ETIQUETTE
Members are expected to:
- Maintain respectful and courteous behaviour
- Avoid loud or disruptive conduct
- Respect personal space and confidentiality
- Follow instructions of staff and clinicians
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will lead to immediate suspension or termination of membership.
5. APPOINTMENTS & PUNCTUALITY
- Members should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.
- No-shows may lead to loss of session credits depending on service policy.
6. WELLNESS & SPA AREAS
- Members must follow hygiene guidelines before using spa or wellness facilities.
- Appropriate attire must be worn in designated areas.
- Staff instructions must be followed for safety and comfort.
7. HEALTH DISCLOSURE
Members must inform clinicians about:
- Pregnancy
- Medical conditions
- Allergies
- Ongoing treatments
This ensures safe service delivery.
8. DIGITAL DEVICES
Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode in clinical and relaxation areas.
Calls should be taken only in designated zones.
9. SAFETY & SECURITY
- CCTV monitoring may exist at entry points and reception for security.
- No surveillance is present inside treatment rooms or private spaces.
10. GUEST POLICY
Members may bring guests only where guest privileges are allowed within their membership tier.
Guests must follow all centre rules.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
11. PROPERTY & BELONGINGS
Members are advised to keep personal belongings secure.
The Naari is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property.
12. POLICY VIOLATIONS
Violation of centre rules may result in:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent membership termination
13. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Management may modify rules, operational policies, or service guidelines as needed to maintain quality, safety, and privacy.
